Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 teaspoon chili flakes for extra flavor
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the Arteflame Grill: Start by preheating your Arteflame Grill, ensuring an even cooking surface.

  2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

    • In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add minced garlic or chili flakes if desired.
  3. Grill the Brussels Sprouts:

    • Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the flat top part of the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cut sides begin to char and caramelize.
    • Flip the Brussels sprouts and continue grilling for another 5 minutes, or until they are tender and have achieved a nice char all around.
    • NOTE: For extra char, briefly finish the sprouts on the center grill grate.
  4. Serve:

    • Remove the Brussels sprouts from the grill and transfer them to a serving dish.
