The Arteflame ONE20 is the smallest grill in the lineup — a 20" single-piece Corten-steel body with 310+ square inches of cooking surface, built for the same center-sear-plus-griddle-ring method as every larger Arteflame grill, just sized for a smaller household, a smaller patio, or anyone who wants the flat-top cooking style without committing to a 30" or 40" footprint.
The fire sits in the center and reaches 1,000°F+, hot enough to sear a steak in a couple of minutes a side, while the flat-top ring around it cooks at a gentler, more even heat off the same coals — enough room for eight steaks at once, or breakfast for a family without needing a separate pan for eggs and a separate grate for anything else. It runs on charcoal or wood, with no propane tank or gas line to install.
Like the ONE30, the ONE20 is a single welded piece rather than a cooktop set onto a separate base, which keeps it lighter and easier to move than Arteflame's larger grills — realistic to carry from a garage to a patio for a weekend cookout, or bring along to a cabin or tailgate rather than leaving it plumbed into one spot. The Corten-steel body develops the same rust-toned weathering patina as the rest of the line over its first months outside, which protects the steel rather than damaging it.
