Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

For the Sweet and Sour Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
  1. Marinate the Chicken:

    • Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and toss them with olive oil. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
