Mulled Port with Rosemary
30 minutes | serves 8 | easy
Port is stronger than wine so go easy on the servings. This is a perfectly lovely drunk warm.
Ingredientslemon 1, peel carved into strips, juiced
ruby port 750ml
cinnamon stick 1
black peppercorns 1 tsp
caster sugar 100g
@psseasonings Italian Herbs 1/4 tsp
rosemary sprigs to garnish
Combine all the ingredients except the rosemary into a pot. Put the pot on your Arteflame and let is simmer for 7 - 10 minutes. To serve, strain into small heatproof tumblers and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serves 8.
