Arteflame Grill Grate for 40″ Grills
At the heart of every Arteflame 40″ cooktop sits the grill grate — the hottest spot on the entire grill and the key to true open-flame searing. Positioned directly over the fire, it exposes your food to intense, direct heat, giving steaks, burgers, and chops that deep, caramelized crust and classic char-grilled marks you simply can't get from the flat-top surface alone. It's the same technique steakhouses rely on to lock in flavor and juices in seconds, now built right into your Arteflame cooktop. Durable enough to handle the highest temperatures the fire bowl produces, the grill grate lets you sear first, then move food out to the graduated flat-top to finish cooking at the perfect temperature — giving you total control over every cut, every time.
