Serves: 2 (4 Sliders Total)

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tsp White Sugar
  • ¾ Tsp Salt
  • 8 Slider Rolls
  • 1 Cup Bear Smoke Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • Dill Pickle Slices
  • ½ Cup Sliced White Onion
  • Mayonnaise
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Pork Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, water, sugar, and salt. Mash together until fully integrated. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each into rectangle shapes resembling the McRib patty.

  2. Freeze Patties: Arrange patties on a baking sheet lined with wax paper or nonstick foil. Cover with another sheet and press lightly. Freeze until solid.

  3. Preheat Grill: Fire up your Arteflame grill with charcoal or wood, allowing it to reach optimal temperature.

  4. Toast Slider Rolls: Lightly spread mayonnaise on the inside of each slider roll. Toast on the Arteflame, mayo side down, until slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

  5. Grill Patties: Place frozen pork patties directly on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until they start to brown, then flip and cook the other side.

  6. BBQ Sauce Glaze: After cooking, coat each patty generously in Bear Smoke Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce. Return to the grill for another minute on each side. Dip once more in BBQ sauce for an extra layer of flavor.

  7. Assemble Sliders: Slice patties in half to fit the slider rolls. Layer each bottom roll with a patty half, followed by sliced onions and dill pickle slices. Cap with the top of the roll.

  8. Serve and Enjoy: Marvel at your creation before diving in to enjoy these delicious McRib-style pork sliders, perfect for any game day or BBQ gathering.
