Instructions
-
Prepare the Arteflame Grill
Light up the Arteflame grill by placing three vegetable oil-soaked paper napkins in the center with firewood stacked on top. Ignite and allow the grill to heat for about 20 minutes. -
Prepare the Casserole Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, peas and carrots, diced onion, diced celery, cream of mushroom soup, broth, and sour cream.
- Stir in the fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
-
Assemble the Casserole
- Spread the casserole mixture evenly in a cast iron skillet or grill-safe baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
-
Grill the Casserole
- Place the skillet on the cooler outer section of the Arteflame grill cooktop.
- Cover loosely with foil and cook for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is heated through and bubbling. Remove the foil during the last 5-10 minutes to let the top become golden and crispy.
-
Serve
- Carefully remove from the grill, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.

- Make It Cheesy: For extra flavor, top with cheese, breadcrumbs, or crushed crackers.
- Use Leftovers: This recipe is perfect for using up leftover turkey and stuffing from Thanksgiving.
