- 4 Corn on the cob – with the husk
- Basil Vinaigrette: 1 shallot, 2 cups basil leaves, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2-3 ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes
