In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
