Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup New Mexico red chile sauce
1/2 cup New Mexico green chile sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter (for cooktop)
