If you need to return an item, no worries! You've got a generous 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund.
Sorry, but we can't take back anything that's been used. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 20% refinishing fee for certain returned items.
Remember to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns/exchanges, and mark it clearly on the box. Thanks a bunch!

We make lifters in four sizes to match your Arteflame: two Cooktop Lifters—one for the 30" cooktop and one for the 40"—and two Grill Lifters—one for the complete 30" grill and one for the complete 40". The Cooktop Lifters use a standard 2×4 (5' - 6' length is perfect)as the handle, letting you safely lift and remove the cooktop so you can use your grill as a fire pit. The Grill Lifters are built to lift the entire unit so you can reposition your grill—even when it’s hot. Choose the size that matches your model.
