If you need to return an item, no worries! You've got a generous 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund.
Sorry, but we can't take back anything that's been used. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 35% refinishing fee for certain returned items.

At the heart of every Arteflame 40" cooktop sits the grill grate — the hottest spot on the entire grill and the key to true open-flame searing. Positioned directly over the fire, it exposes food to intense, direct heat, giving steaks, burgers, and chops the deep, caramelized crust and classic char-grilled marks you can't get from the flat-top surface alone — the same technique steakhouses use to lock in flavor and juices in seconds.
Durable enough to handle the highest temperatures the fire bowl produces, the grill grate lets you sear first, then move food out to the graduated flat-top to finish cooking at the perfect temperature — giving you total control over every cut, every time.
