- 180g milk
- 9g dry yeast
- 27g water
- 35g sugar
- 7g table salt
- 70g soft unsalted cream butter
- 3 eggs

Instructions:

- Mix salmon in a cutter.
- Combine with breadcrumbs, dill, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Form into 2 patties.

- Prepare tangzhong with 60g milk, 27g water, and 20g flour. Cook until it thickens.
- Warm 120g milk to 35°C, dissolve yeast, and let stand.
- In a mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, milk-yeast mixture, tangzhong, and eggs. Gradually add butter.
- Let dough rise until doubled, then divide into 6 parts, form buns, let rise again.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake at 190°C for 16-18 minutes.
