Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded beef or veal
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Butter for cooking

Bitterballen PattiesInstructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.
