Start by firing up your Arteflame grill to get it ready for grilling. Ensure the flat cooktop is clean and lightly buttered to prevent sticking.
In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk or heavy cream. Whisk until the mixture is fully combined and slightly frothy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
