Mulled Port with Rosemary
Port is stronger than wine so go easy on the servings. This is perfectly lovely when drunk warm.
Ingredients
lemon 1, peel carved into strips, juicedruby port 750ml
cinnamon stick 1
black peppercorns 1 tsp
cloves 4
caster sugar 100g
Seasoning Italian Herbs 1/4 tsp
rosemary sprigs to garnish
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the rosemary into a pot. Put the pot on your Arteflame and let is simmer for 7 - 10 minutes. To serve, strain into small heatproof tumblers and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serves 8.
