4 thick-cut bologna slices (1/2-inch thick)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
4 hamburger buns
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
4 pickle slices
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp yellow or spicy mustard
