Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, fresh parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, but do not overmix to keep the burgers tender.
Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
Sear the Patties: Place the patties on the center grill grate to sear. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to get a nice golden crust.
Finish Cooking on the Flat Top: Move the seared patties to the flat cooktop to finish cooking. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Grill the Buns: Butter the inside of the burger buns and place them on the flat cooktop until toasted and golden brown.
These juicy ground turkey burgers are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional beef burgers. Perfectly cooked on the Arteflame grill, they are sure to be a hit at your next cookout.
