How to make Stuffing on the Grill
1 Box of Stuffing Mix
¼ Cup Dried Apricots
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
2 Stalks Celery, dice them
½ Medium Onion, diced
1 tbs. Olive Oil
1 14.5 oz Can Chicken Stock
Fire up your Arteflame and get it ready to cook on.
When your Arteflame is ready, put some olive oil on the cooktop and add the celery and onions. Cook them until they are translucent and starting to caramelize. Caramelize to taste.
Put a skillet on the Arteflame and add the celery, onions, cranberries, apricot, stuffing and the spice packet from the stuffing mix.
Mix everything together and slowly add the chicken broth until you have the consistency you want. Keep stirring. You want the mix to be moist but not wet so only add the chicken broth as needed. You can always add more. Check for doneness around 35 minutes.
