  • 2 pounds chicken wings or tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

For the Honey Sriracha Orange Marinade/Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Optional Garnish:

  • Green onions
  • Orange zest


  1. Marinade Preparation: In a bowl, whisk together all marinade/glaze ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup and mix with olive oil in a large bag for marinating chicken. Marinate chicken for 60 minutes to overnight. Store remaining glaze in the refrigerator.

  2. Preheat Grill: Let chicken rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. Preheat Arteflame grill to medium heat (375-450°F). Test heat by sprinkling water on the grill surface.

  3. Prepare Glaze: Separate 3 tablespoons of the reserved glaze into a small bowl. Mix the remaining glaze with cornstarch in a saucepan, set aside for later.

  4. Grill Chicken: Drain and dry chicken. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with the separated glaze, until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).

  5. Thicken Glaze: While grilling, simmer the glaze mixture on the grill until thickened. Use this to brush over the cooked chicken or as a dipping sauce.

  6. Serve: Garnish with optional orange zest and green onions. Serve hot, ideally over rice for a complete meal.
