Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Honey Glaze Recipe
Transform Brussels sprouts into a grilled delight on the Arteflame. With balsamic, honey, and Parmesan, these sprouts are charred to perfection. A must-try side dish that elevates your BBQ.
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels Sprouts3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Optional: 1 tbsp Corn Starch per pound of Brussels Sprouts for extra crispiness
Preparation:
- Preheat the Arteflame grill.
- Halve Brussels sprouts top to bottom.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.
- If desired, add corn starch for extra crispiness. Ensure Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the Arteflame cooktop and place the Brussels sprouts cut side down.
- Grill for a few minutes until they begin to char. Then, flip to char on all sides.
- Once grilled to perfection, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot directly from the grill.
