This Creamy Garlic Chicken is a flavorful, indulgent dish that combines juicy grilled chicken with a rich and savory garlic cream sauce. The chicken is perfectly seared on the Arteflame grill, creating a beautiful crust while locking in all the juices. The creamy garlic sauce adds depth, making this an irresistible dish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for the grill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

  • Fresh thyme
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Arteflame Grill

Start by lighting your Arteflame grill. Pour vegetable oil on three paper towels, place them under the firewood, and ignite. Wait 20 minutes until the grill reaches optimal searing temperatures in the center and ideal cooking conditions on the flat griddle.

2. Season the Chicken

Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper. Set them aside to let the seasoning penetrate while you prepare the sauce ingredients.

3. Sear the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts on the center grill grate and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until you get a golden-brown crust. Then, transfer the chicken to the flat cooktop for slower cooking.

4. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

On the flat griddle, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until combined. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.

5. Finish Cooking the Chicken

Return the seared chicken to the sauce on the flat griddle. Let the chicken cook in the sauce for 5-7 minutes, basting occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. The creamy garlic sauce will thicken and coat the chicken beautifully.

6. Rest and Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the creamy garlic sauce generously spooned over the top.
