Grilled Hanger Steaks with Roasted Veggies Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Hanger Steaks:
- 3 Hanger Steaks
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Marinade:
- 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbs Fermented Black Garlic, mashed
- 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs Porcini Mushroom Powder
- 1 Tbs Big Swede BBQ Badass Burger Boost
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 6 oz Bourbon Whiskey
For the Veggies:
- Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, asparagus)
- Big Swede BBQ Badass Veggie Boost
- Ponzu Sauce
Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, black garlic, Dijon mustard, porcini mushroom powder, Big Swede BBQ Badass Burger Boost, black pepper, sea salt, and bourbon whiskey.

Marinate the Steaks:
- Trim the hanger steaks and remove any gristle.
- Place the steaks in a food-safe bag or bowl, pour the marinade over them, and mix well.
- Marinate overnight or for at least 3 hours.

Prep the Veggies:
- Trim and cut the vegetables into pieces suitable for grilling.
- Toss the veggies with a little soy sauce, olive oil, and Big Swede BBQ Badass Veggie Boost.

Grill the Veggies and Steaks:
- Preheat the Arteflame plancha to high heat for direct cooking.
- Grill the veggies until roasted, drizzling with Ponzu sauce during grilling.
- Grill the hanger steaks to medium rare, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes.
