Ingredients:

  • 1 pork loin
  • Yellow mustard
  • BearSmokeBBQ Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • BearSmokeBBQ Rub

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Grill: Ignite your Arteflame grill, letting it reach a medium-high heat.

  2. Prepare the Pork: Slice the pork loin lengthwise into 3 even strips. If the strips are too thick, slice them thinner for easier manipulation.

  3. Form Pretzels: Twist each strip into a pretzel shape. Use toothpicks to hold the shape, if necessary, until the pork sets.

  4. Season: Apply a thin layer of yellow mustard over each pork pretzel. Generously season with BearSmokeBBQ Rub, ensuring all sides are coated.

  5. Grill: Place the pork pretzels on the Arteflame plancha. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.

  6. Glaze: Liberally brush BearSmokeBBQ Mustard BBQ Sauce on all sides of the pork pretzels. Flip and continue grilling until the internal temperature hits 145°F.
