These Barbecue Buffalo Wings combine the bold, spicy flavors of buffalo sauce with the smokiness of barbecue. Start by preparing the Arteflame grill. Stack firewood over three oil-soaked paper napkins, light the napkins, and let the grill heat for about 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Ensure that all the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
