  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 small zucchinis, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for garnish
  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
