Cooked on the Arteflame Grill
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
For the Big Mac:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp French dressing
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- 3 tsp dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Dash of salt
- 2 lbs lean ground beef, formed into 12 thin large patties
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 12 sesame seed burger buns (6 tops, 12 bottoms)
- Butter
- Shredded lettuce
- Dill pickles, sliced
- Minced onion
- American cheese slices
For the Whopper:
- 1 sesame seed burger bun
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 3 dill pickle slices
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 3-4 onion rings, sliced
- 2 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
Instructions:

Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
- Combine mayo, French dressing, sweet relish, dill pickle juice, sugar, minced onion, ketchup, and a dash of salt. Mix well and refrigerate.

Grill the Burgers:
- Preheat the Arteflame grill.
- For the Big Mac, season the thin patties with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through.
- For the Whopper, season the 1/4 lb patty with salt and grill until desired doneness.

Assemble the Big Mac:
- Toast the buns with butter on the grill.
- Layer a bottom bun, cheese, beef patty, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles, middle bun, beef patty, more sauce, lettuce, and finish with the top bun.

- Toast the bun on the grill.
- Layer the bottom bun, mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, beef patty, and top bun.
