Indulge in the ultimate BBQ experience with "It's All in the Sauce" Pulled Pork Sliders. Juicy smoked pork, melty cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce create a slider masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound smoked pulled pork per slider
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Pepper jack cheese slices
  • Bacon strips
  • Sweet red pepper, sliced
  • Pickle slices
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Smokehouse BBQ Swine Sauce - North Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Grill: Fire up your Arteflame grill, allowing it to reach a medium heat.

  2. Warm the Pulled Pork: Spread the pulled pork evenly on the Arteflame cooktop. Let it heat through for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. Toast the Buns: Place the slider buns on the plancha section of the grill. Toast until crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.

  4. Cook the Add-Ons: Lay the bacon strips, sweet pepper slices, and pickles on the plancha. Cook until the bacon is crispy and the peppers and pickles have caramelized, about 4-5 minutes.

  5. Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom bun, layer a generous 1/2 pound of pulled pork, followed by a slice of cheddar and pepper jack cheese, a strip of bacon, some caramelized sweet pepper, and pickle slices. If using lettuce, add it as the final layer before the top bun.

  7. Serve: Cap off with the top bun, press down lightly, and serve immediately while everything is still warm and juicy.
