Instructions:

  1. Preheat Arteflame Grill: Light your Arteflame grill, ensuring the plancha cooktop is evenly coated with oil for non-stick cooking.

  2. Prepare Bacon Weaves: Lay out 6 strips of bacon for each weave, interlacing them to create two bacon bases.

  3. Season Bacon Weaves: Combine Pork Panko, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over each bacon weave.

  4. Grill Bacon Weaves: Place the bacon weaves Panko side down on the hot grill. This method crisps the Panko, adding a unique texture to the base.

  5. Cook to Firmness: Once the bottom side of the bacon weave is crispy and firm, carefully flip it over to cook the other side.

  6. Roast Marshmallows: Place marshmallows near the flame, rotating gently to soften without burning.

  7. Add Chocolate: Once marshmallows are soft, place your desired amount of chocolate on top of the bacon weave, allowing the heat to slightly melt the chocolate.

  8. Cool and Serve: Allow the Bacon Weave S'mores to cool slightly before serving. No additional topping needed, as the bacon weave serves as a savory, crispy base.
