Ingredients
1 lb Pennsylvania Dutch smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
