Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie (8 oz)
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp honey
- Zest of 1/2 orange
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
-
Prepare the Arteflame Grill
Light the Arteflame grill by placing three vegetable oil-soaked paper napkins in the center, with firewood stacked on top. Ignite and let the grill heat up for about 20 minutes. -
Prepare the Brie
- Place the Brie wheel on a small piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- Spread the orange marmalade over the top of the Brie and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle the orange zest on top.
-
Grill the Brie
- Set the Brie with parchment on the outer edge of the Arteflame cooktop where it’s cooler.
- Warm for 5-10 minutes, just until the Brie softens and begins to melt slightly under the marmalade.
-
Serve
- Carefully transfer the Brie to a serving board, garnish with fresh thyme, and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
Tips
- Avoid Overheating: Keep the Brie on the outer edge to prevent it from melting too quickly.
- Use Quality Marmalade: Opt for a high-quality orange marmalade for a rich, tangy-sweet flavor.
- Serve Immediately: This dish is best served right off the grill when the Brie is warm and gooey.
Pairing Suggestions
