Ingredients
4 røde pølser (Danish red sausages)
2 medisterpølse sausages
2 tablespoons butter
4 hot dog or baguette buns
1/4 cup chopped pickles
2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small shallot, finely minced
