Ingredients
4 fresh soft-shell crabs, cleaned
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp butter (for grilling)
4 sandwich buns
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup tartar sauce
1 lemon, cut into wedges
