Chicken Souvlaki Wraps Recipe on the Arteflame Grill

These Chicken Souvlaki Wraps are packed with Mediterranean flavors. The chicken is marinated in a zesty, herb-filled mixture, grilled to juicy perfection on the Arteflame, and served in warm pita wraps with fresh toppings and tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita wraps or flatbreads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken

2. Fire Up the Arteflame Grill
