2 racks of pork spare ribs
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tbsp butter
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
