Ingredients:

For the Lamb Burgers:

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 naan breads or pita

For the Green Harissa Sauce:

  • 3 poblanos
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Smoked salt, to taste

For the Toppings:

  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion slices
  • Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Green Harissa Sauce:

    • Roast poblanos and jalapeños on the grill until charred. Peel, seed, and chop them.
    • Blend roasted peppers, cilantro, parsley, green onions, garlic, mint, lemon juice, cumin, and olive oil until smooth. Season with smoked salt. Set aside.
  2. Make the Lamb Patties:

    • In a bowl, mix ground lamb, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    • Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
