Ingredients:

  • Pizza Dough:

    • 100g (about ¾ cup) mozzarella, grated
    • 100g (about ¾ cup) fontina cheese, grated
    • 100g (about ¾ cup) gorgonzola, crumbled
    • 100g (about ¾ cup) Parmesan, grated
    • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
    • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pizza Dough:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

    • Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms.
    • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  3. Prepare the Toppings:
