Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Freshly squeezed juice of one lime
Instructions:
  1. Prep the Wings:

    • Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the Arteflame:
