- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, whole

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thick strips
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 basil leaves, torn into pieces

- Season the ribeye steak generously with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
