Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Honey Glaze Recipe 

Transform Brussels sprouts into a grilled delight on the Arteflame. With balsamic, honey, and Parmesan, these sprouts are charred to perfection. A must-try side dish that elevates your BBQ.

Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels Sprouts
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Optional: 1 tbsp Corn Starch per pound of Brussels Sprouts for extra crispiness

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the Arteflame grill.
  2. Halve Brussels sprouts top to bottom.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.
  4. If desired, add corn starch for extra crispiness. Ensure Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  5. Drizzle some olive oil on the Arteflame cooktop and place the Brussels sprouts cut side down.
  6. Grill for a few minutes until they begin to char. Then, flip to char on all sides.
  7. Once grilled to perfection, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve hot directly from the grill.
