Grilled Steak Sandwich with Egg and Cheese

Grilled Steak Sandwich with egg and cheese, complete with a side of crispy coleslaw and apple turnover

Indulge in a Grilled Steak Sandwich: Toasted baguette filled with seasoned steak, bacon, onions, melted Munster cheese, and a fried egg. A delicious meal, especially when paired with crispy coleslaw and apple turnover.

Ingredients:

One Baguette, Bun or Roll sliced open. 

1/2 Onion slices

Three pieces of bacon

Steaks or meat of choice

Seasoning - salt pepper garlic onion oregano and thyme 

Cheese of choice- we used Munster 

One egg

Directions:

Place bread on the outer surface of the Arteflame grill to toast. 

Place onion, bacon and meat on the grill. Season meat with seasoning mix of your choice. Try to wait until you put the meat on the grill to do this and not before to avoid pre cooking the meat. 

Cook the meat to desired temperature. Take the cheese and place on the grill.  Add egg and allow to cook for a few minutes. 

Once done, slice steak and place on the toasted bread. Place the remaining ingredients on top of the meat and enjoy!!
