Crispy Potatoes on the Grill
Who doesn't like crispy potatoes on the grill?  The beauty of your Arteflame is that you can easily make delicious crispy potatoes to complement any dish.  It's quick and super simple.  Serve directly from the Arteflame while they're hot!

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds of new potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic and a Pinch of Rosemary or Thyme (to taste)

PREPARATION

Fire up your Arteflame and get it ready for grilling.
Optional: Microwave the potatoes for 3-5 minutes (for faster cooking).
Slice potatoes into halves or quarters.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper, granulated garlic, some olive oil and a pinch of rosemary or thyme onto the potatoes pieces.  Mix it all together so the potatoes are fairly evenly coated.
Add olive oil to the area of the grill you're going to be cooking on and add the potatoes.
I turn the potatoes face down to get them nice and crispy.  When crispy and golden brown, I turn them over to get all sides even.
