Delicious Raspberry Pecan Chocolate Quesadillas

Satisfy your sweet tooth with Arteflame-grilled Raspberry Pecan Chocolate Quesadillas. A decadent dessert that combines gooey marshmallows, crisp pecans, and fresh raspberries between toasted tortillas. Perfect with ice cream!

Ingredients:

  • 8 small flour tortillas (street taco size)
  • 1 1/2 chocolate bars (Hershey’s with almonds), crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Pork Panko
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 16 salted pecans, whole
  • 12-16 fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Arteflame Grill: Fire up your Arteflame grill, aiming for a plancha cooktop temperature of 300-350°F.

  2. Prepare Tortillas: Lay out 4 tortillas. Distribute 1/4 cup marshmallows on each, followed by an even sprinkle of Pork Panko and cinnamon.

  3. Add Toppings: Crumble pecans and chocolate bars, layering them over the marshmallows. Place 3-4 fresh raspberries on top and cover with another tortilla to form a quesadilla.

  4. Wrap in Foil: Wrap each quesadilla securely in foil, sealing the edges.

  5. Grill: Place the foil packets on the heated plancha. Grill for 2 minutes on each side.

  6. Crisp the Quesadillas: Carefully remove quesadillas from foil and place directly on the plancha cooktop to crisp each side.
