To grill the perfect steak, use the plancha to sear your steak and bring the meat up to the desired temperature. Because of the solid steel cooktop, no fire ever touches or burns your steak. As the entire steak touches the cooktop, you get a complete sear. For extra heat, briefly place the steak on the center grill grate. The center grill grate can get over 1,000°F (500°C), just like in a steakhouse restaurant. Every Arteflame is designing exactly with the perfect steak in mind.
Every Arteflame has an internal airflow system completely hidden from view. It is the key to the clean burn that produces dramatically more heat than other grills with minimal smoke.
The Arteflame Airflow Difference
Every Arteflame has an internal airflow system. This airflow is key in getting the efficient burn in the combustion chamber of the grill. Fresh air is drawn in from the bottom of the grill, it is then super heated underneath the fire base and injected right into the combustion chamber. This fresh air fuels the fire resulting in a much more efficient burn, higher temperatures with minimal smoke. Arteflame is unique with this feature.
How an Arteflame is born...
Every Arteflame is made by hand with exceptional care in Cincinnati Ohio. We at Arteflame take great pride in producing the best functioning and the best looking outdoor grills available that are designed to last a lifetime. All Arteflame bowls are spun from a single piece of Corten steel so there are no seams or welds. We are unique in using this process. The cooktop is made of 1/2" thick solid steel and is slightly dished so all excess juices always flow to the center of the grill.
