Buffalo Wings on the Arteflame Grill Recipe

Spice up your grilling game with this classic Buffalo Wings recipe, perfectly adapted for the Arteflame Grill. These wings are not only juicy and flavorful but also get an extra kick from the homemade Buffalo sauce. Ready to be the star of your next outdoor cookout? Let's dive in!


  • For the Wings:

    • 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • For the Buffalo Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
    • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt to taste
  • For Serving:

    • Blue cheese dressing
    • Celery sticks
    • Carrot sticks


  1. Prep the Wings:

    • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the Arteflame Grill:

    • Fire up your Arteflame Grill. Ensure the cooktop is clean and ready for grilling.
  3. Grill the Wings:

    • Place the wings on the Arteflame Grill. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside.  For extra crispiness, briefly grill the wings on the center grill grate but be careful not to burn them!
  4. Prepare the Buffalo Sauce:

    • While the wings are grilling, melt butter in a saucepan on the cooktop. Stir in the hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well combined.
  5. Toss the Wings in Sauce:

    • Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the Buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.
  6. Serve:

    • Serve the Buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks on the side.

Grilling Tips:

  • Keep the wings moving on the grill to ensure even cooking.
  • For extra smoke flavor and crispiness, you can sear the wings on the center grill grate of the Arteflame before applying the Buffalo sauce.
