  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8-12 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • Fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes, or figs)
  • Baguette slices or crackers
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your Arteflame grill to get it ready for grilling.
  2. Soak the wooden brie basket in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the plastic wrapper and place the wooden basket with the the wheel of brie cheese directly on the flat top griddle.  Cook until the cheese is starting to loose it shape and leak out of the basket.  This is when you know the brie is warm enough.
  4. Remove the brie from the grill and place it on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle the grilled brie with honey and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, baguette slices, or crackers.
  8. Optional: Place the baguette slices on the flat cooktop griddle to crisp them up.  Serve warm.


  • For a savory twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt and cracked black pepper before grilling.
  • Experiment with different types of toping, try honey ginger jam or any other type of sweet jam.  You can slo try nuts to find your favorite combination.
