(This ones easy!)
Smoked Pulled Pork about 1/2 pound per slider.
Pepper jack cheese
Sweet red pepper
Smokehousebbq Swine Sauce- North Carolina Vinegar bbq Sauce
Fire up the Arteflame grill.
First, take the pulled pork and put onto the cooktop to heat up. About 5-7 minutes.
Place the buns on the plancha until toasted and crispy. Put the bacon, sweet pepper, and the pickles on the plancha cooktop until the bacon is cooked and the pepper and pickles are caramelized.
Assemble the sliders by taking about 1/2 pound of pork an place on the bottom bun. Layer with cheeses, bacon, pepper and pickles.
Smother with a healthy dose of BearSmokeBBQ Swine Sauce- North Carolina Vinegar bbq Sauce.
Top with the remaining bun. Enjoy!
