4 medium apples (I used honey crisp)
2 Tsp Pork Panko
2 Tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Butter
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
1 heaping cup of trail mix (mine was fruit nuts & berries)
Fire up the Arteflame grill.
Slice the tops off of the apples.
Use a spoon to scoop out the insides making an apple “bowl”
Use a mixing bowl to combine the trail mix, cinnamon, maple syrup & Pork Panko.
Fill each apple cup
Place 1/4 Tsp butter on top of each apple cup
Place the top of the apple back on.
Wrap in heavy duty foil.
Place right on or around the coals on the Arteflame,
Use high heat resistant gloves.
Remove when the apple is tender 15-20 minutes.
Allow it cool before eating.
