The Ultimate Mudslide with Roasted Marshmallows made on the Grill

Ingredients1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Dark Chocolate Liqueur, Baileys, or Crème de Cacao
1/2 cup ice
1 ounce heavy cream
1 ounce of marshmallow fluff (or substitute mini marshmallows-melted)
1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate chips chopped

4 mini marshmallows- for garnish
Add the vodka, Kahlua, creme de cacao / chocolate liqueur / baileys to a pan and put it on the Arteflame. Bring to a low simmer.
Chop the chocolate chips very fine. Spread a thin line of marshmallow fluff around the edge of a chilled glass. Roll the edges of the glass in the @psseasonings Apple Pie spice mixed with the chopped chocolate so that it adheres to the glass.
Once the mixture on the grill simmers, add extra vodka to taste. Let the mixture cool down off the grill. Stick the marshmallows on a small skewer. Toast with an open flame. Once the drink mixture cools, distribute into tall glasses filled with ice. Sprinkle remaining chopped chocolate on top. Add the toasted marshmallow garnish to the rim.
