Serves: 4

Ingredients:

For the Bloody Mary Mix:

  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 2 Tbs horseradish
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Vodka, to taste

For the Grilled Seafood and Garnishes:

  • 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ice, for serving
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Bloody Mary Mix:

    • In a pitcher, combine tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
    • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Grill the Seafood:

    • Preheat the Arteflame grill to medium-high heat.
    • Season the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
    • Grill the shrimp and bacon slices until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the bacon is crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side for the shrimp and 5-6 minutes per side for the bacon.
  3. Assemble the Bloody Mary:

    • Fill each glass with ice.
    • Pour vodka over the ice (to taste).
    • Top with the prepared Bloody Mary mix.
    • Stir well.
  4. Garnish and Serve:

    • Skewer the grilled shrimp and place in the glass.
    • Add a slice of grilled bacon, a celery stick, and a lemon wedge to each glass.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy a spicy, savory twist on the classic Bloody Mary.
